    I bought this system in April of 2001 and honestly I didnt expect that much. But this little system handled everything I threw at it without distortion (including being knocked around by my dogs). For the price and size the speakers are suprisingly p...owerful, just the right thing for a small room, apartment or dorm room. Just get rid of the cheap sony speaker wire and replace them with some monster cables and you should be fine. Read more Less
