Create playlists for your levels of exercise activity and the Music Pacer will switch playlists based on your pace - whether walking or running. The Music Pacer function can be turned on or off at any time. Finally, with the Shuffle Shake feature, easily turn on the shuffle feature simply by shaking the player three times. The NW-S205F touts a durable aluminum construction that is also water-resistant.

    Pros: size and shape. features. charge time. durability.

    Cons: i have none

    i switched to this from the sony bean. i love the software that allows you to compress more than a mp3 compression for more songs w/o losing sound quality. the features are nice: stopwatch, music that can change pace w/ your workout, and you can inpu...t your weight and height for the calorie counter. i think the one thing that i like the most is the song search. there are two settings: one allows you to skip forwards or backwards song to song and the other setting allows yo to do the same but by the group of either the same album or artist or both. which can save time finding a certain song.     Pros: Great for working out, nice ear phones and arm band, great sound

    Cons: Downloading is limited

    With the varying and everchanging digital music subscriptions out there, this Sony is limited to which digital music store you can access. Maybe in the future, Rhapsody, Napster, Yahoo, etc. will branch out and open up new opportunities to those of u...s loving our Sony products. Regardless, I am enjoying this Sony on the long runs!
