Pros: fast service,
Cons: wrong battery.. I thought i was ordering the sony np fm50 but instead i received a replacement.
i thought i was ordering a sony battery for a cheap price, but when i received the battery, it was a "replacement" for the sony battery.... I actually didnt know that.. and if it was posted on the website, it was probably hidden somewhere because I didn't even know i wasn't receiving the actual sony battery.
The customer service though was great.. fast and i got the battery in just a couple of days (well, since Im in NY no wonder).
I just think its false advertising to trick the consumer into thinking you were going to purchase a certain item, but instead you received a "replacement" ...
