    Pros: Actually connects at McDonalds

    Cons: Screen very small

We purchased with the additional Sony Memory Stick. Before connecting we experimented with the Skype (to see setup requirements), Yahoo Messenger (again to see setup requirements) , the music player and the video player. All four would not operate. ...Got an "out of memory" mnessage when we tried to activate video, and were sent to a MANUAL application terminator. Apparently applications run out of main memory and do not use any installed memory stick. Once or twice we had to hard reset. Apparently, applications do not exit memory when terminated. This actually automatically connected to Wayport at 4 of the local McDonalds. That's the good part. After connecting we Skype'd out and made a call. Could not hear the other person. I assume you need to use the earphones. He could hear us - built in mic. Yahoo Messenger connects but when we selected the "mail" option we were asked to log in again. VERY SMALL login screen. There does not seem to be a way to run fill-screen. Could not log in to Yahoo mail. Conclusion: A toy. Buy a Blackerry with WiFi if you want a phone-based system or a Sony Vaio with WiFi if you went a laptop-based system. It's on it's way back to Amazon. Read more Less
