Cons: Let you know when I find one
I've had this TV for almost a month now. Had it delivered to replace a 32 inch tube. I definitely did my research for about 2 months before I brought. The picture quality is amazing, actually watched my wife watch a caribean vacation show and she didn't say a word for 1/2 hour and we started looking for deals on the net afterwards.
This TV has 10 individual inputs as well as a cable connection with a cable card reader for future use if your current company doesn't carry the service. 3 of the inputs are HDMI inputs. You can change the names of the inputs to have a clear reference as to what you have connected to the input. The sound is not the absolute best, but definitely much better than any other TV I was looking at and unless you have a house you won't need a surround sound system. I live in an apartment in NYC so the speakers are just fine for me. Will eventually get a surround system when I move into a house though. The system menu is very easy to use, just like many of the Sony TV's out there.
Cons, well if you can call it a con, definitely use the HDMI cable inputs. Component wires will not do this TV any justice. ...

Pros: built in tuner, free extra bulb, easy to set up, looks nice
Cons: cannot delete unused inputs
First of all let me say that I am an installer of very high end plasmas, DLP's, projectors etc. I have been in some of the most expensive homes in CA. I can honestly tell you that this TV is one of the best I have ever seen! I love the picture, I love the look of the TV, and the digital on board tuner is AWESOME! I have Comcast basic expanded cable, so I called them to get the cable card installed on the TV. I plugged in the cable feed to the RF input on the back and let the TV look for channels. I expected to see it find 78 analog channels, that is what I subscribe to. It did find those channels, as well as 150 digital ones that I was never able to see before. I get all my local HD channels, plus I get movie channels plus I get the entire FM dial in the form of digital channels. I get comcasts music channels, I get pretty much everything except channels like HBO and Showtime, etc. This TV is amazing...I love it and so does my family. By the way I called comcast back and cancelled the stupid cable card, it would have caused me to loose most of those 150 digital channels. You dont need a cable card or a cable box, unless you like On Demand or Pay Per View, or premium channels like HBO etc. But damn this TV rocks...and if you use the HDMI inputs from your video sources you get amazing HD resolution. Next stop for me is a Blue Ray disc player, I want to see the 1080P image on this 60 inch screen. Video Only has a sweet deal right now, no payments, no intrest till 08! Its a Sony promotion. GO GET YOURS!!!! ...
