I could not be any happier with this TV! Looked at everything, DLP, Plasma, LCD, etc. and this was in my opinion the best choice by far due to several reasons. 1 - Non-Reflective screen. In the end it was down to the Sony and a Panasonic or Pioneer ...Plasma. For me, I did not like the reflective nature of the plasma screen that is made of glass. In a room with a lot of natural or manufactured light, you will see mirror-like images in the screen. This was probably the largest factor in my decision when deciding between plasma and LCD. 2 - Picture/Resolution, Features, 1080p. This Sony is full loaded, not missing a thing. Has every bell and whistle, a great look with the glass bezel, and is ready for 1080p. The engine that drives the picture processing is absolutely unbelievable. In my mind, the best engine for and LCD by far. Next closest was Samsung in my opinion. 3 - Inputs, Easy Set Up. Had this LCD TV up and running in minutes. Plenty of inputs for all my needs, which include a DirecTV HD feed, Blue-Ray 1080p DVD, Camcorder, IPOD, and PC. Everything I needed came with the TV. Easy to use navigation and GUI for the TV Menu and programming. Custom setting are present and many if you want to customize the picture. If there is a drawback it would be the price. Its probably the most expensive one in the LCD category and 46 inches but it is well worth every penny. Net/Net, you can't go wrong with this TV from Sony. Read more Less
