A WASTE OF MY MONEY
Pros: small enough to fit in your pocket, walkman feature included
Cons: breaks easily, is a piece of junk
I have had my phone for over a year, and the first month i got it all the keys cracked. right down the middle. Then my spacebar does not work anymore because of the crack threw it. Also the bottom part comes off all the time, and the keypad falls right off. This phone may look sleek and stylish but it is a waste of your good money. The battery life sucks, and i have to charge my phone everyday. The quality is just poorly made and crappy. This is not a phone you would want to get.

..weLl i love my phone. especially itZ music woRld bUt itZ very disappointing that you cannot enjoy that much it's mp3 because of its short battery life. i love also it's photo and video editing, in this way you can express your feelings in that pic. or video... but i hate that much that one of my keypad is not working anymore, and also it breaks already in just few months, just a suggestion for sony!! please try to improve the quality of ur keypads nextime... but over all love my phone...

Pros: its easy to figure out, it is small, cool design, so far o dropped calls, mp3 player, good pictures etc
Cons: the keys break easy, to easy to lose, short battery, does not have fast txt feature and does not send txts all the time
i think the phone was awsome to have but then the next day me nd my cousin we're sittin on the trapoline nd it started turning on nd off randomly nd the 3 key has a crack down it nd i am always afriand tht if i slide it up all the time it will break and the camra even wit the memory stick it does not have alot of time to record things. but the relibeltiy for it is really good i mean i get service in places where i didnt b4 nd now the my phone does not drop calls so ova all it has its bads and it goods but i would take another fone if u all want 2 get me a blackberry storm i would appricate tht lol jkjk

Cons: just about everything else
My Sister and I were so excited when we first bought this phone, however after a few months the keyboard cracked and the screen would go black while still on. The speakers arent working and my sister can't text. I am already on my second "defected" phone, which luckily is replaced for free. Can't wait till we both can upgrade! I will never buy annother Sony Ericsson phone again.

W580i is one of ericsson's best phone. it has quality features and you can download applications from various websites, download songs, videos, and pictures; and even create videos and take clear shots by using this phone. It has its own photo editor. Camera pixelation could be adjusted from VGA, 1MP or 2MP. Simply the best.
My phone always slips to the floor, but it's still functioning very well. Best of all, it's casing (cover) is scratch proof. Hope I could buy a new casing to give it a new look...Was this review helpful? Yes - No
