Cons: Does not support a wide range of video formats, doesn't support many of the coolest games, some parts seem cheaply made
I picked up the black version at the AT&T store a few months back expecting a phone that will double as an mp3 player so I don't have to carry both around with me. What I got was so much more.
Not only is it really cool looking and slides with a satisfying fluidity, but it's become my on-the-go media player. It has a bright, crisp and large screen for watching movies or TV shows. Watching movies drains the battery in about four hours, I found- which I was both impressed with and disappointed by.
It accepts a memory card for expanded storage space (up to 2 gb per card) and you need it- the phone only has 12mb of its own and 10 of it is taken up by the bundled trial version software and full-version fitness software.
For music, it plays mp3, m4a, Real 8, AAC, WMA and WAV files. That's just about everything out there.
But is has a decidedly limited selection of supported files for video- MP4 and 3GP. It would have been nice to see AVI or Flash video support.
The camera is grainy in low-light (even when shooting in night mode) and when you're shooting close up. Digital zoom would be helpful as well. But it takes mid-range and distance pictures very well.
When you slide it open, the keypad feels very cheap. It almost feels as if pressing the ultra-small buttons will break them.
It also does not support many of the cool new games, as I was disappointed to find out. It still can play a fair number of good ones, though.
Over all, this is a very good phone for the price. You may buy it for a phone and mp3 player, but you'll soon find yourself watching videos or using it to count steps on the treadmill. It does have its limitations, but for just over $200 you can't complain. ...

Pros: MP3 player, many many features, small size
Cons: Keypad small
Just purchased this phone and so far it's the best phone I have ever owned. I was looking for a phone that would have all the features of my mp3 player so I wouldn't have to take my phone and mp3 player into my workout facility. This is the perfect phone for that purpose plus I get the bonus of an FM radio. One cool feature is when you are listening to a track and you receive a phone call the music fads out so you can take the call and then once the call is finished the music comes back on right where it left off. The sound quality is superb for a cellphone. The only drawback so far is the small keypad. If you text message alot which I don't than I can see this being difficult to navigate around without looking down all the time. Overall I would highly recommend this phone. ...
