More than 2.5 hours of consecutive recording and playback is possible with the LCD on, using the fully charged NP-F950, for example. The DSR-V10 incorporates the i.LINK (DV IN/OUT) interface which is based on the IEEE 1394 standards. It allows digital video/audio signal transfer with other VTRs and computers using a single wire connection. With this connection, the source material can be dubbed and edited without any deterioration of video and audio quality.
