    Pros: very easy to use

    Cons: when in vr mode only plays in certain dvd players

    I can't believe how hard (still is) to get the video out of my computer. When you video tape on camera looks fine but after download to computer quality is just terrible. I'm so mad at this product. I had to take some videos to work and I rea...lly tough DVD was really convenient. WRONG! The images download to the camcorder's software and after that is imposible to get them out. They say they go to My Pictures and when you open it says it is not a readable file. I tried 3 more computers, I trryed saving it to a CD and DVD. The burner rejected it. I try download images to You Tube, imposible! Oh! I called custumer service and they couln't help me either. A lot of people tryed to help me but nobody could. It is so expensive and it's supposed to be easy like any digital camera but I wouldn't recomend it. I took two days trying to get my images that I had to buy another camera (not the same of course)and do it all over again. Read more Less
