I own seven digital cameras and this one is the worst by far...The picture quality is awful especially indoors and in low light. In case you buy this camera use it only outdoors.

Pros: Excellent Pictures in Normal Light
Cons: Poor pictures in low light, even with Flash
This camera is a wonderful camera for snapshotting! Being my first Sony camera, I was a little worried that it might be missing a few features, especially at this price range. The menu's can be a little confusing at first to navigate, and the instructions that come with it really stink. Just give it time though, it's really easy to use once you play with it some.
My only complaint is that in low light situations if you leave all of the auto settings on, it tends to take very grainy, dark pictures (even with the flash). It's really a small complaint though, since there are plenty of settings on this camera for you to adjust. Even if you don't know a thing about ISO's and shutter speeds, this camera produces fantastic images just using the auto settings.
The battery life is also fantastic, I used it for 3 hours straight, and the battery meter didn't go down a single bar. I haven't had it for very long, so time will tell if it continues to perform so well in that regard. In closing, in this price range, if you're looking for a small camera that can take quick snapshots, this is the one! ...
