I have read a lot of Torey Hayden books in my time. I think that Somebody Else's Kids is the best book I have ever read. The characters were wonderful; they captured your heart in every way possible. The struggles they had to go through were horrendous and challenging, but through it all everyone tried to remain positive. I sometimes forget that I am reading about actual people. They were very lucky to have Torey in their lives ...
