Freddie lovers you should get this album absolutly.It worths it in addition you can get his video clips dvd.I really offer that dvd cause Freddie ROCKS there.Anyway You will enjoy because when you close your eyes freddie will be inside you.

Following Queen's and Freddie's work for over 25 years, I can honestly say that this compilation of solo work is truly wonderful.
There are few voices with such fantastic range, clarity and emotion.
The grief of the loss of this unique man and performer is somewhat eased by

Well, nothing new here. But at least it's (almost) all in one place. This Set is a simple reissue of Freddie's two non-Queen projects (Mr Bad Guy (solo) & Barcelona (w/ Montserrat Caballe)) along with some odds.
I personally enjoy Freddie best when his heavy disco leanings are tempered by the boys in the band. That's not the case on Mr Bad Guy or the Bonus disc of odds. Pure self-indulgent Freddie: "Boogie down with the bass-man, win love on the grand-slam. I'll be there waiting when you call."
The Barcelona disk is what it is (was), and that's half a decade ahead of it's time. (A Queen tradition) Maybe Freddie opened the doorway of pOpera for the blind italian guy to walk through, maybe it would have been the other way around. We'll never know.
The one (only?) thing missing from this collection is the song "Exercise in Free Love" an excellent piece of soaring pOpera from the "The Great Pretender" collection.
For Queen fans, Freddie fans, Dance fans and drama queens. Why even put it off? You know you gotta have it.Was this review helpful? Yes - No
