    THE MASTER OF EAST COAST DRUM AND BASS. HE ALWAYS HAS THE BEST SELECTIONS FOR HIS TRACKS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPOINTED BY ANY OF HIS MUSIC. LIVE AT A PARTY OR ON CD,TAPE OR VYNAL.

    GODDAMN. NASA should buy "A Soldier's Story" to package into the next Voyager satellite as a means of communicating to extraterrestrial life that we are indeed an advanced culture. What really impresses me about this disc is the cohesive "y3k comman...do" theme throughout. The Rambo-esque figure standing amid loops of razor wire on the front and back covers, the camouflage color scheme, the futuristic feel of the tracks (big ups to DB for a SUPERB selection)...they evoke this advanced militaristic theme that makes me want to suit up for battle. (Am I beginning to take this too far?)Except for a weakling between 4 and 5, track transitions are excellent. Great build, then greater peaks and plunges between selections. Resulting sound is ULTRA HYPED. Listening to it makes me feel like a badass G.I. To Dieselboy I say Mission Accomplished Soldier! Read more Less
