Great Frame

Cons: Time consuming to load with pictures
My family and I purchased this frame for my grandmother for Christmas and I know she will love it. I really wanted one for myself but I could not afford the $300 price tag so I settled for the smartparts 8". I have placed over 300 pics on this frame so far with no problems. The only difficulty has been that I have to select each picture individually from the memory stick in order to load them. They can be loaded in batches of pics but you still have to select each picture indivdually. This process was a little time consuming but it is worth it. This is an outstanding product I would recomend it for anyone who wants to display important family pictures. ...

Pros: Nice frame, good direct viewing angle picture
Cons: Will not auto power on, software usability poor
I have had same experience with 2 of SP15MW frames. Each time, the frame would only auto power on ONCE after setting the auto start time. A very annoying "feature". Definitely do not count on this frame to automatically power itself on. This frame may be for you if you want to manually control the power on, or wish to leave it running continuously. SmartParts technical support was useless, and I have returned the frames to the retailer for store credit. The picture quality of the frame is good only from a direct viewing angle. I would look to another company and product for a digital picture frame. ...
