Pros: Original, Borders on Death Metal

Cons: A little hard to grasp the first time you listen.

Alright, to start off, we all know that Slipknot is one of the most original bands in the last ten years, and one of the best. That's the obvious fact. The not so obvious is that Slipknot isn't just a bunch of idiots who jump around on stage ...during their shows. This album is always what proves it. Songs such as Eyeless, Purity, and Surfacing are actually very well written, if you can get past the profanity. The music is loud, fast, and aggressive. Don't forget Cannibal Corpse, Suffocation, Obituary, and Slayer. I use to listen to these guys too, but comparing this band to Slayer, these guys prove that they suck ass! Go listen to Slayer if you want real death metal!

Oh God, will you look at what the kiddies are listening to these days?! What * IS * this s***?! This has got to be one of the most homosexual bands on planet Earth, i swear! I mean, just look at those gay outfits! Ha! Slipknot is mass marketed Mall C...ore for naive High School kids who want to fit in with the crowd! But go ahead though, make a complete a** out of yourself and buy into this joke! okay, for all you slipknot f ags, i dont know of a worse band, NU-metal is about the worst form music i have ever heard, its for people who cant play their instruments, and sing like their balls are stuck up their ar se.
