A Must See Movie
Pros: Great Original Story
Cons: Paltrow's Bad British Accent
This movie was excellent!! I am not a Paltrow fan, but I absolutely love this movie. The story is completely original, the character development is excellent, & you actually find yourself caring what happens to Paltrow's character "Helen". I am a fan John Hannah & I adored seeing him as "James". It is just a terrific story... I hate to say more because I don't want to ruin it for anyone, but I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Sliding doors is full of side splitting laughs and moments of emotional upheaval. Gweneth Paltrow was made for this role as Helen Quilley. She shines right along with her co-star John Hannah. Hannah plays the love intrest, with a great accent and the most wonderful sence of humor, that every one cant help them selvse but to rout for. I absolutly love the movie and it is fun for all ages so get it and grab every one!

This is one of the most brilliant comedies i have seen in a long time. It is based upon the simplest thought that we all hnave. What if i went there, or what if i do this. In this case What if i catch the subway and what if i don't. The results are overwhelming. How her life turns for better or for worse. The way that the director plays with the images how the two lifes react to things is magic. In the end it is more then just fate, more then just a choice. It is about the strength of a person, dealing with life the way we all wish we could.

It gave a different perspective of the simple things in life, what would happen if you came home early vs. coming home later. It did a great job at showing the different persective by differnt hairstyles and haircuts. I recommend this movie a lot, I loved it, and my friends loved.

A great romance. It really gives you an idea about how one little thing can change your life forever! This is an all around 5 star movie! Gwyneth Paltrow is great!
