Forming from the remains of Kalamazoo's Twitch and Rollinghead is the modern rock outfit Sleet. No longer natives of Michigan, though, these guys moved to Los Angeles in search of more musical outlets. They signed to Hall of Records in mid-2000, recording an album entitled Volume Drops for an early 2001 release date.
