    this is my all time favorite movie! it was recomended by a good friend. i was very impressed with the movie! everything was great, i really enjoyed the story line, and the love story between Sam and Jake. it was truly the best movie i have ever seen ...!! very good job ! i loved everything in the movie, and i don't think i could say anything bad in the movie at all !! thanks, keri Read more Less

    The Ultimate 80's movie

    Michael Schoeffling is the ultimate dreram guy and he played his part well as Jake, Molly's love interest. I can relate to Molly's struggle in everyway. I am still waiting for my happy ending. Everyone must own this video.

    16 candles is one of my favorite movies of all time. molly ringwald,& anthony michael hall

    I think this has to be one of my favorites of all time! Everytime Sixteen Candles is on t.v. I HAVE to watch it. By the way, the man that played Jake Ryan was Michael Schoeffling. Justin Henry was Sam's (Molly Ringwald's)screen brother Mike Baker.

    Wouldn't it be just my luck to be after a Jake Ryan and end up with a total dork? Probably! This movie is pure cheese but it's not without a classic falling in love scene over the perfect birthday cake and the nerds going after the cute girl that's ...trying to not come off as being too goody...
