Cons: not worth the money

Last summer my children saved there money to buy the banzi water falls. We got it and the end of the summer used it 2 or 3 times. Then we stored it in our basement. We put it up this year and used it for 2 days. on the second day we put it up and it ...collapes. we looked everywhere for a hole and cannot find one. We did notice that the seems were comming apart all the way down the slide. I contacted the company and was told to sew the seems and put liquid nail on them. when I told them the seems were comming apart the whole way down, I was told to emial Tim. I did 3 times and requested a reciept. I recieved the reciepts that they got the mail and never got a reply. I called the company again and each time you call it is atleast 15 minute wait. When I called again Tim was always away from his desk and he would retun my call. He never did. Finaly today when I called and explained my story and I was going to write a review he was avalable. I told him that I had my reciept showing my warrenty was in the winter months he said there was nothing he could do. this was a big waist of money.
