Cons: Verbage is difficult
My 17 son old grandson has this toy and if it had not been for my 4 year old other grandson telling me what the words were; I would have NEVER understood the song....the clarity of the songs are terrible. I guess you have to be a KID to understand it.
The price, I felt, was much too high for such a poor quality toy. Elmo could have been speaking CHINESE for all it's worth.
STOP RIPPING PARENTS OFF!

Pros: It's Elmo
Cons: singing voice
I bought this toy for my nephew, and he cries every time it is played. The singing voice is annoying (at least to this adult), and elmo appears robotic. I would not recommend this toy.
