Vintage red-hot RB, shouting vocals, and frenzied instrumentals. Hank Ballard led one of the finest RB orchestras on the '50s circuit, and his King albums are masterpieces. His singing was usually steamy, his lyrics laden with innuendo, and he kept up a furious pace throughout each album. This is one of about ten Ballard albums that have been reissued on CD and is certainly well worth getting in any configuration.
