This series is tired. A boring, predicatable and lame plot; it is about as creative as your typical Saturday morning episode of any cartoon. The original Shreck was something both adults and kids could enjoy. This latest iteration would be good for children ten and under.

I was very excited to watch Shrek the Third, as I have enjoyed the first two movies. This movie, however, was very disappointing. I kept waiting for something to happen throughout the whole movie, and nothing really did. The best parts of the movie were in the trailer for the movie. If you have to watch the movie, rent it for a dollar. It's not worth much more than that.

This film destroyed my interest in this franchise with it's meaningless plot, hollow charcacters, and shameless pop culture references. Definitely check out Shrek 1 and 2, but leave this one alone -get the amazing Rataouille isntead!

It was such a cute movie. My kids loved it and there was lots of humor that made it funny for my husband and I. We really enjoyed this movie and hope that there are more to come.

I found this movie to be better than #2...it was very funny, entertaining and nice to see at the Holiday season...I would highly recommend it to families with small children, especially at Christmas time!!!!

Cons: The funny parts weren't funny
The story is weak and went in a direction I didn't want it to ever go- the addition of a baby ogre. There were so few funny parts to this movie I didn't even watch the whole thing. I love the first and second shrek and my son begs to watch them about everyday, the third is a joke. Not a funny joke.

I was quite disappointed as this movie fell short of what the previous two accomplished. It's a good movie to watch but really nothing special.

although i am a fan of shrek 1 , even 2 was ok but the 3rd was a weak film to me the story line wasnt great.the characters that were just there kinda take over in this one . anywayss myself and my gf found this movie was no good .
