Almost 23 years after teaming with Leonard Lee, Shirley Goodman reappeared on the RB scene. This time she was paired with studio musicians on "Shame, Shame, Shame," with Jesus Alvarez supplying lead vocals. The song topped the RB charts and peaked at number 12 on the pop side in 1975 for Vibration Records. It was written by Sylvia Robinson, who had also been part of a successful '50s duo with Mickey Baker. Robinson also penned the less successful follow-up "Cry Cry Cry." Shirley and Company...
