Pros: Attractive, easy to use, large turntable

Cons: Finally gave up.

We have been very happy with this microwave ever since we got it in 2001. The high power makes it heat quickly and the turntable makes it heat evenly. Easy to clean. Heavy glass turntable is easy to remove for cleaning spills. Popcorn button works gr...eat. We use pre-programmed buttons (hot cereal) daily. Kitchen timer can be used to time another item while microwave is being used which is helpful timing something on the cooktop (pasta) while cooking something else in the microwave. It finally died today, but we hope to replace it with another Sharp. We need to replace it today, as we find we are lost without one so we will see what models are available in stores.
