Once again, Sharp, a leader in LCD technology, establishes a new design standard for LCD TVs. With a screen size class of 46", the AQUOS LC-46D64U raises the bar by fitting large screen sizes into incredibly small footprints. By changing the layout of circuits inside the LCD panel and by reducing the number of parts, Sharp engineers developed the Slim-line design, which reduces depth by 25%, allowing placement of the LC-46D64U in virtually any setting. The LC-46D64U utilizes Sharp's proprietary Advanced Super View / Black TFT Panel with multi-pixel technology, providing 10,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio with Enhanced Picture Contrast Technology and 4ms response time. The LC-46D64U features built-in ATSC/QAM/NTSC tuners and includes 3 HDMI (version 1.3) inputs, compatible with 1080p signals, a PC input and 2 HD component video inputs. Side terminals are included for wall-mounting convenience as well as RS-232C input for control.

    Pros: best bang for the buck, great quality, picture and sound

    Cons: requires fine tuning from box

    love it, great quality and picture, sound is outstanding, 1080P resolution is awesome, its like you are there with the movie

    Pros: An exolant TV for the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cons: The sound is good for a tv but needs hooked up to external sound system

    . I bought this TV a year ago on black friday(2007). Circuit city had it advertised for ($1299.00) But there was nun in stock .I found it at sears a little later that morning. The last one Thea had in stock and got them to match the price plus beat i...t buy 10% ($1170.00)thats y i bout it the best deal in town and im glad i did .(Price and Quality!!!!!!) This TV has one of the best pictures i'v sean on a TV and i'v had not a problem out of it i recantly bout the extinded waranty on it becous my girlfriend talked me in to it, but i think it will tern out to be a wast of money becouse this TV has been nuthing but good to me. The TV had a butiful pictue right out of the box with very littel fine tuneing if any, actuly i dont remember any ajustments to the color or tint or so-on.at all. This has been one exolant TV set ,I'v been more than happy with it. Every body that stops buy and sees it playing comliments on the ritch butiful pictur it has and every one tells me what a nice TV and a coupel of my friends asked me if i wanted to sell it I love my sharp TV and wood not part with it for any other TV I'v been thinking about a smaller one for the bedroom , If i do it will defanetly be a sharp. I 'd highly recamend this TV set or one simerler to it. SHARP makes a good LCD TV SET . THANKS FOR THE EXOLANT LCD TV SET I'V BEEN ENJOYING IT A LOT. Read more Less
