The sickly sweet smell of rotting fruit invades Shamus's nasal sensors. He's finally tracked the Shadow to his lair. Who knew it was going to be this hard to track him down? Who knew the 21st century would be so dangerous?

The ~Ion-Shiv blaster heats up as Shamus prepares for battle. The last time he faced the Shadow, he was nearly put offline. There were so many droids and drones to blow away, it's a wonder he ever survived at all.

Suddenly, he sees a small black shape enter the building across the rocket pad. Neural sensors tense up as he silently enters the coordinates into his personal teleporter. Scanners indicate that there are 128 rooms separating him from the Shadow. This is going to be much harder than he thought.

Just before he energizes the teleporter, he pops open a bottle of ~Nervo-Stim. It goes down smooth and all of his bio-sensors kick into high. There's no turning back now; it's either the Shadow or him. This time only one of them will leave alive.

In Shamus by Vatical, you play as Shamus. You must traverse four levels and go through 128 rooms before you can face the Shadow. Along the way, you must locate keys in order to unlock other rooms. You can pick up extra lives, you'll need 'em, and come across mystery pulsing question marks. Sometimes they hold points and extra lives, but they can also summon the Shadow. There are also secret rooms containing keys and other goodies, so be on the look out for them. Of course you can't get there very easily. Everything has a price.

Seven different types of droids and drones are looking to pull the plug on your android butt. Each one has certain abilities that will require some quick reflexes and sharp thinking. But they won't pose much of a threat because you carry with you ~Ion-Shivs, the most destructive weapon in the known universe. A few blasts will fry their servos and bring you closer to the Shadow
