    Aleks Syntek's brilliant compositional skills can be admired in his "Sexo, Pudor,y Lagrimas" song. Aleks Syntek infuses clasical and rock instruments to create a song that demonstrates the films character's emotions of despair and hatred. However, I ...was surprised that the NARAS association nor the Grammy association nominated Aleks for best song catagories. I hope more music lovers continue to discover his music. Read more Less

    Aleks Syntek is a genious in music industry... he's a musician, producer, writer... it seems that his talent have no end. This soundtrack hot... plenty of instrumental pop that easily displays the environment of the movie, and groups like Lost Acapu...lco y La Portuaria gives a touch of reality...Carmen Rivero' cumbia... reflects the popular music of poor people... Mexican Aleks Syntek was born in Mérida in September 29 of 1969. This talented musician has been involved in many different projects such as advertisement, TV shows, and movies. By the late '80s, Syntek, along with two friends, decided to form an alternative band.
