Formed in 2000 as a solo outlet for singer/songwriter Paco Tamarit, Spanish indie pop outfit Serpentina craft melodic, complex, neopsychedelic indie pop nuggets in the vein of Chad Jeremy, the Essex Green, Parade, and Louis Philippe. In 2002 Paco was joined by sister María Tamarit, officially making the project a duo.
