Pros: beautiful looking wall clock,precise

Cons: does not last 4 ever

I brought this beautiful wall clock 3 and a half years ago from a reputable jewellery shop,the most expensive clock I have ever owned.
I took my 25 + year old clock down with no brand name brought at a market which still goes I must add.
so on the wall this beautiful clock went for 3 and a half years, replacing only the batteries when needed.
then it just stopped, replaced the batteries it worked for 1 more day then stopped.
I rang the jeweller to be told the warantee/guarentee ran out in November the motor in the clock burnt itself out. so beware these seiko musical bell wall clocks last only as long as the warrantee/workmanship,or just past the expiry date .so its back to the old 25+year old clock with no name.
