    Pros: Silent, Capacity

    Cons: Speed, Price

I bought this drive in 2002 and it worked perfectly for almost 4 years now and it's still breathing. I carried it with the train, with the car, at 40'C and at -10'C. It doesn't generate a lot of heat even if it's on for a lot of t...ime. I payed a lot for it (around 110$) but I guess it's much cheaper these days. Then 80GB was a lot and I enjoyed it. I still can hold a lot of movies and music and 2 operating systems, 2 partitions (FAT32 and NTFS). Now in 2006 I can recomend this drive for second-hand computers and office systems. Seagate is still a big name in the HDD industry. Read more Less
