The Screamin' Sirens were formed in the early '80s by guitarist Rosie Flores, but their music bears little resemblance to Flores' acclaimed rockabilly country-rock work as a solo artist. The all-female Sirens were more a good-time power pop band, with the occasional foray into country-rock or funk. The band recorded their only album with Flores, Fiesta, in 1984.
