Although some have given it mixed reviews, I found this movie quite funny and the girls coming down those stairs is a scene worth rewinding to. You'll be surprised with the creativity, silly but fun to watch. It ranks up there with the first episode and a third is in order.

The parrot alone is worth 3 stars, and that is the funniest part of the movie, another good spoof by the wayans brothers

One star is being kind...This movie is really bad....half the characters that were killed in the first one are back for the second one....90% of the jokes from the first movie are back for the second one. (10% being the James Woods scene)
The comedy is really boring, and just isn't funny. The story...well forget about the story because it is so weak. This movie tries to rely on the comedy which just isn't there in this movie. But they will try, time and time again to make you laugh and fall far short of that goal.

Don't even rent this movie. It's a complete waste of money! the first one you can watch over and over. There is not one bit of humor in the second movie at all

First off the only good thing about this movie was James Woods and he's only in the movie for about 5 minutes. Oh and look for another girl covered in cum and the flaming homo roping a clown with his dick scene. Getting to be very tired comedy guys. You can do better.......

One of the funniest movies of all time. Keenon Ivory Wayans is a BRILLIANT director!!! I have never laughed so hard in all of my life, except for when watching Scary Movie 1. I was so dissappointed when the critics panned the film. It seemed a bit racist. People have different tastes in movies and what is funny to them. I don't care about bland humor movies such as "There's Something about Mary." But those same critics gave that film a thumbs up. I fail to see why it is so hard for those same critics to give any praise to a funny film -- regardless of its ethnic roots. Funny is funny -- whether it's black or white :)

Most people get upset with this movie because it's stupid. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE STUPID! The whole idea behind the Scary Movie films is stupidity. I loved this movie, but it in now way deserves a Five Star Rating. Plus, I'm a huge Tim Curry fan, but who doesn't love Tim Curry,

Let me begin by saying that the first Scary Movie was one of most entertaining movies I have seen in a long time. It was one of the most origional spoofs I have ever seen. Scary Movie 2 on the other hand started out well ...
The exorsist scene in the beginning after James Woods appeared(I was not impressed with the girl wetting herself)still makes me laugh after thing about it. Aside from this the movie was rather mediocre especially the Charlie's Angel scene later on in the movie. So much more could have been done with this scene - after all it started out well but as the scene went on it seemed that directors really didn't know what to do. This movie may not be in the same class as some of the Three Stooges movies, but it was entertaining.
I intend to purchase the movie just for the opening satire of the Exorsist. James Woods was very believable.
As a parody or satire on the The Haunting, it was excellent, and some of the other spoofs of the other movies worked well. The reference to Firestone Tires was also amusing. All in all, a good flix to make you chuckle.

I hate to say it, but it deffinately was not as good as the first. I didn't really see the point. I mean "Shorty", "Bobby", and "Ray" all died in the first one so how the **** did they get in the 2nd?? I love the Wayans Brothers but I just hope that if they do make a 3rd, they keep to the plot this time around.

This movie was so funny. There are spoofs from all different movies and everything. The only way they can make it funnier is by making a Scary Movie 3, which i heard they are. Anyway, there are spoofs from The Exorcist, Mission Impossible: 2,Poltegeist, the nike commercial, Hollow Man, Charlie's Angels, and a few more. But the movie was awesome!

I really hated that movie! I just don't see the reason why you all liked scary movie2. I thought it was going to be funny at first at the theatre, but it was a 100% STUPID-A** Deluded movie. I HATED IT AND I DIDN'T LIKE IT!!! It was not funny. It was pure lame and sick. the young girl came in while everybody was singing "Shake it Fast" song, and wet herself on the carpet and they were showing that crap in the movie. Like I just had said, the movie was too stupid.

i hate critics..they dont know how to do a reveiw. Scry Movie 2 is even better than the 1st, and the 1st was my fav movie, Non stop funny, start to end. i have seen it 3 times & plan to see it again, Scary Movie 2 is now my favorte movie!

This movie was great.I loved it more than the first because the 1 one was too vulgar. scary movie 2 caught me totally by surprise.It was a little vulgar but not as much as the first .Go watch it I highly recommend it. You'll laugh your head off!!!
