The Savoy-Doucet Cajun Band is a group with not one, but two missions: to play outstanding music, and to keep cajun free of external influences. With its peerless lineup, it succeeds well in both respects. Savoy is not only one of the nation's leading accordianists, he is also a master craftsman and makes the instruments he plays.
