The CD has a full 13 tracks of kick ass alt metal this is a great cd for anyone who loves metal or alt rock.

This has GOT to be the most underrated band around right now. Everything about there songs rocks. They have a unique sound and they are talented. Must have if you miss the days of good, alternative, grunge music.

Damn...what can I say? I'm probably more impressed with this entire album than I have been with most albums from the last decade. If you're a fan of Tool, Disturbed, KoRn, etc. you will love this cd. Just as a note, if you find yourself unimpressed with the beginning of any of these songs, wait around for the chorus and I can almost guarantee you will change your mind.

Breaking Benjamin is breaking through cliched barriers with this album. It's not heavy, head banging metal. It's not modified punk. It's raw, emotional rock. It's the core of great music.
'Polyamorous' caught me by suprise as having an edgy guitar riffs and portraying great vocal talent.
The best song on the album, in my opinion, is 'Home'. It's a rather spooky track, but all-in-all a great song.
This is a foot tapping, head nodding, get into it album. I recommend it for everyone.
They deserve a damn grammy and some recognition. They have way more talent then some of the mainstream rock groups.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoGreat Album
This is a great Album. I just boughted for Polyamorous but is awesome. Everything that i was looking for. Take you to the extreme. Lol.
