Pros: battery life,easy use,great images

Cons: scambles the title n the cd cover, freezes,slow

i could go the whole day w/out rechargeing, and the images r great n pretty simple 2 use, 4 sure my grandma would b able 2 use it haha. Thing is, the first week i had it, it gave me trouble, it would freeze n scramble the artist that was playin, cut ...off songs n mix songs 2gether, n that sounds like i downloaded it wrong right? but i downloaded it more than 3 times n it would still end up the same, when i went to the support, they said just upgrade some stuff on it, this was a week after i got it, so yeah, the customer support wasn't that great. then after awhile it slows down, u might have to turn the wheel round a few times before it actually responds, n it started just turning off, this is my second mp3 by sandisk, n with both i've had pretty much the same problems, i really wouldn't recommened anybody to get it, just cuz it seems great 4 awhile, then it starts going out, n i haven't even had it for a year yet Read more Less
