    Pros: Very user friendly

    Cons: Didn't work after five month...tech support was no help

    I purchased this mp3 player in January and used it daily. I loved it. It is very easy to use and great for what I needed it for. However, after four months I could not remove music from it or sync more onto it. Now it freezes up any computer that I p...lug it into and tech support didn't do anything to help. Read more Less

    Pros: Physical size, hard drive space, features, sound quality, value

    I got the sansa clip after my old mp3 died after 3 years, I love this thing. The sound quality is great and the features are nice, i love how small this is and the screen is negative making it superb for using in the dark. Battery life is nice. Ive d...ropped it quite a few times and nothing, its only frozeonce but not badly. Its a great bargain! Read more Less

    Pros: CUTE, COMPACT, CLIP

    Cons: BAD CRAFTSMANSHIP

    BOUGHT IT TOOK RIGHT BACK TO STORE,,,EARPIECE PLUG WAS DEFECTIVE WOULD NOT HOLD THE HEADPHONES THAT CAME WITH IT....SAVE YOUR MONEY SHOP AROUND

    Pros: small size, good memory size, sound quality and radio function

    Cons: "erased" songs after about 2 months

    I loved the compact size and the amount of memory you are able to put on it and the radio function was nice too. You could also download Rhapsody music channels onto it, which was cool but after about 2 months, it all of a sudden stopped working and ...said I had no music on it when there was about 170 songs on it, like the memory got erased but when I looked at the memory usage, it read half full. I was unable to access my songs and shortl thereafter the radio quit working too! I'm going with something else now. Read more Less

    Pros: easy to use, great sound

    This mp3 player is awesome. I have had it now 1 month and love it. It has many very useful features such as voice recorder and FM tuner. The display screen is bright and easy to read even in the sunshine. The sound quality is superior to my apple ipo...d by a mile. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants one. Read more Less

    Pros: Compact, lighted display, clip, FM tuner

    Cons: Internal battery - if it dies you're stuck until you can get to a computer to recharge it.

    I haven't has it very long at all, I bought it to replace my old, out dated, discontinued one that I can no longer update, but so far I am extremely impressed with the sound quality for such a small device.

    i had it from 2 years just froze couple of times but thats it .... nice sound quality, radio and rec. is good too not like those cheap ones. i rather have this then ipod shuffle
