    Pros: Good while it lasts

    Cons: Breaks easily

    Bought MP3 Player and it worked great for a little over a year. I only used it a couple of times a week and only during workouts. When it suddenly stopped playing and charging I was told by the electronics store to contact SanDisk, but not to expect ...too much in the way of assistance. After contacting SanDisk and jumping through some hoops for help, the ony help they could offer was a short email letting me know that I would need to purchase a new MP3 player!!! Read more Less

    Pros: several play options

    Cons: don't have any

    I love the Sansa clip. Could have a better volume but I bought earbuds with a volume booster. Have not had to contact support. I've had the clip for over a year and it still holds a charge like it was new. Great buy!
