Cons: none i guess
If you want to use the full capacity of this device you have to format it, or creat a folder and put everything in there. I use mine for music and office files. No problems, just drag and drop.

Pros: lots of space not alot of cost
Cons: cant think of one.
Its a memory card so it doesnt due much other than save items...I use it in my MP3 and my camera and it works fabulous and have had no problems
