    I Love This Phone

    Pros: slim, light weight, sleek, easy to use, can personalize

    Cons: only in one color, cannot take of key pad lock

    I absolutely love this phone. The only thing i don't like about it is that it didn't come in black, personalized ringtone cannot be used for text messages, and you can't take the key pad lock off. But everything else is great! You can ...apply personal ringtone for your friends, you can download mp3s and other images from your own computer, the picture quality is excellent, and there's a video camera w/sound also, not to mention it is bluetooth capatible. It's thin enough to fit in your back pocket or into any purse, but it's not too small. The phone allows you to change many options so you can personalize it to your own needs, such as dialing font size, font colors, background colors, etc. I also am the clumbsiest person alive and i have dropped this phone numerous times in my 1 month of ownership, yet it has not broken anywhere and there's harldy a scratch on it. If you're looking for a durable, yet sleek phone that looks good for both sexes, this is it! Read more Less

    Pros: About Everything

    Cons: 2 Display Types, Speakers, Colors?

    the first person that wrote a review isnt that technical, i guess, but you can take off the keylock. the third person is wrong, you can use songs from MP3 player for ringtones, only problem is, you gotta chop up the songs to be smaller. who needs a r...ingtone that is 3 minutes long when the time someone calls you then goes to your voicemail is about 24 seconds? the sixth person says that the internal memory is too less. it's 16 megabytes. Ringtones are about 300kb - 400kb per ringtone. i mean, if you have 20 ringtones, that's like 8 MB, you still have 8 MB for pictures. As for the picture quality, the pics you take on your phone will not look as correctly as if you uploaded them and looked at them. Remember, your camera takes pics a certain size and fitting that certain size on the phone will change it a lot, i presume. i can change the camera on the T629 to shoot a pic that is 1280 x 1024 and you're gonna say it looks ugly on the phone because 1280 x 1024 doesnt look nice on a screen size of like 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 CM??? Personally, i like this phone a whole lot. if anything, the speaker has to have some type of bass, please lol most of my songs sound weird because there's no bass. and this doesnt bother me much, but i would like to be able to custom or choose the colors for my display instead of the white and red/pink or black and white. if anything, they should've kept it white and black or black and white instead of the white and red/pink. yea, and the color, it only comes in gunmetal. yes, it's nice and all, but if there were other colors, would be nicer. if there was a white or black or something, i would've gotten it but to me, Gunmetal is just as nice. you shouldnt need the extra space other than the size given unless you're like me, taking pictures all the time, keep adding songs, and recording things. if you're like me, just find a good deal on SD Minis and slap it in, all good. i have a 512 in mine and it's well more than enough space for me.     Pros: MP3 Player, Camera, Video, Features, and Memory

    Cons: MP3 Format.

    Well, starting off with it's Camera, it is a good phone for people who wants to capture "Special Moments." The camera of this phone is a 1.3 megapixel and it produces high quality pictures that will amaze you. It's video capabilitie...s is Awsome if you have the expandable memory card. It's features are just overflowing from this phone that will keep you busy the entire day! The games are absolutely Amazing!!! The MP3 Capabilities is awesome because you can carry your tunes with you everywhere, anywhere. The only cons is that the format that this phone takes are only MP3, so if you dont have the right format, say goodbye to that song of yours. But, with the price, you will absolutely realize that what you paid is worth it because of it's tremendous amount of blazzing features packed in this silver slider Samsung t629 glass platted cell phone.     Pros: picture quality great, many great features, reasonable price,

    Cons: ringer not loud enough

    I just bought this phone a week ago so I am still experimenting with it but what I can see so far the phone is one of the better ones out there! I am still trying to figure out how to use the mp3 player but even without it this phone is awsome. the o...nly thing I would change is the volume of the ring tone it only goes to 5 which is not that loud so I have missed a few calls from time to time.     Pros: price

    Cons: can't use songs from mp3 player 4 ringtone

    I got this phone from T-Mobile a month ago and it's the best phone I've had for the price. It was only $50 with a 2 yr contract...not bad 4 a phone/mp3 player. The only 2 downs about this phone is that it doesn't ring loud enough (but u c...an set it to ring and vibrate) and you can't use the songs you load into the mp3 player as your ringtones. Otherwise, great photos, bluetooth compatible, don't really have to slide the phone up except to type a text message, clear display/photo quality excellent. Works with MyFaves plan and regular calling plan so you don't have to be pressured into my faves if you don't want it. Never have to buy another phone again. Read more Less

    Pros: great pics, can record your voice for ringtones, very easy to text, cool games.

    Cons: the screen gets messy easilly

    This phone is very reliable and i love the way it looks. i have taken very good pictures with it. I find my self playing the games alot. my little sister loves to play with it. I just wish that the screen didnt mess up so easilly. But i have dropped ...it a coulple of times and nothing happened. The price was great. I dont like that you have to have a sound for the camera and it cant be silent, but I called the company and asked why and they told me that it is so that if stockers are taking a picture than it has to make a sound so you no what there doing. I learned how to work every thing on the phone in about a half an hour so it is very easy to use. over all this is a very good phone. Read more Less

    For Everyone Having a problem with MP3

    Okay so for everyone out there that is having a problem getting a song from your mp3 to be your ringtone here are the steps. 1. Download a file called Audio Editor Gold from Limewire. 2. Open a song from your computer using Audio Editor Gold and ed...it the part you want. 3. (this step can go two ways) Either purchase a MobileMate sd+ usb drive, what it does is allow you to take the memory stick from your phone and use it on your pc. Or if you have a computer that has a SD slot, simply put it in. The easiest way I found is to buy the usb SD drive, it works wonders about ($20-$25) Bestbuy, Circuit City,Comp Usa, these will all have them. 4. Make a folder called "Ringtones" on the usb drive. 5. Save the file you created in Audio Editor Gold to the usb drive, in the folder "Ringtones" 6.     Fragile screen

    Cons: Front screen

    The front screen has broken twice. Both times I had a good protective case and really didn't abuse it. This phone has great features and I enjoy the camera, mp3 player etc. I recommend it to anyone unless you have an active lifestyle. It will set... you back $83 for a new screen. Read more Less

    Problem with my battery

    Pros: Compact, sleek design

    Cons: Cannot get the battery to last

    I love this phone, but I have had problems with my battery life since I received it. Initially when charged it would last on standby for 4 days, but after that first charge it now only last a couple hours at most...does anyone know why this might hap...pen? Also, when I insert my memory card it states that I need to format, when I go to format it it gives me an error message. Does anyone know what could be cause of this. Read more Less

    Pros: pretty, sleek, easy to use

    Cons: one color, difficult to text without looking

    in my couple days of ownership, i have fell in love with this phone. tip to parents buying a phone for there child- teens want something stylish, and sleek. no one wants to be the kid with the ugly phone. haha, my first phone my parents got me a fat ...dinosaur. it was dreadful. yes, i know, i should be greatful, but it was bad. now that i have this phone, i am in love with it. its thin, sleek, pretty, good for both girl and guys, any age. the only problem is- texting in school. im still not the greatest at it, but when your not loking and its in a sweatshirt pocket and your trying to text, its difficultt. you cant really feel the keys, so i end of writing something completelyy insane. but we shouldnt be doing that anyways.. adn the other problem is that i cant figure out how to take off the keylock. but its all good, overall, this is a great cell phone.
