Pros: tri-band
Cons: no camera
Great phone with super receiption in Europe, HK,China, and rest of SE Asia.
Pros: small, optional extended battery, big LCD
Cons: price is a bit too high, earpiece could be a little louder
in generall it's a great phone. got a great deal on it when i was upgreading from then 225r, but had to sign an addition year to the contract. the phone is great, signal strength is great (but may be due to additional towers put up) the life of the extended life battery is awesome, standard battery wears out too fast and then doesn't last as long due to the large LCD and ringtones.
when ordering from Tmobile they send the extended battery right away, all in one box so there's no need to go out and get it separately.
price is a bit high though, i must say that now if u want to buy that phone from amazon it's listed as 447.95 if i'm not mistaken, it's crazy, not worth it, but from t-mobile u can cut an awesome deal (got mine for $40 believe that or not)
on a sad note, there have been problems with it, it's my 3rd replacement phone now in about a year or so, maybe more. 1st one had screen problems, the 2nd one would not go online, no matter what, and the 3rd one i have now works just fine so far, no problems in about 6 months
buy the phone, get a deal with t-mobile, it would be worth ur while, definately worth about 20 minutes of barganing (which i honestly hate to do)
Pros: nice color screen
Cons: call signal weak - gone through 5 replacement phones so far...
call signal weak - gone through 5 replacement phones so far... often has choppy / poor connection. do not buy!!! volume does not go loud enough! many dropped calls. screen goes blank after about 2 months.
Pros: Great antenna, nice size
Cons: Kind of Pricey... No camera... AOL on it
This past week I bought two phones.. one for my wife, and one for myself. I purcased this phone as well as the Sony Ericsson T610. Brought home the Sony, then promptly returned it for a refund... The Antenna was terrible! This phone in the same spot had three more bars than the sony...
I happen to live in a pretty dead cell phone zone for all companies (I have gone through the gamut - Att, Sprint, Alltel, Cricket, Verizon) and they all have terrible coverage in my area.
So... I purchased a second one of these phones.
The primary reason for purchase was reception as well as size. This phone is GREAT for both!
This phone is the best phone I have had in the last year. The phones I have used this year include: Sanyo 4500, LG1200, LG2400, Nokia 3588i, Kyocera (three of them... all Terrible phones) Sony Ericsson T610, Standard ATT Nokia phone, Standard free T-Mobil Nokia phone, and a Seimens phone (although I cannot remember the number)
Here is what I do not like about the phone:
If I want AOL on my phone, i will download a midlet for it. I am not a fan in any way, shape or form of AOL... Why on earth would I want it on my phone as a standard menu feature that I have to scroll through to find what I want?!?!?
Accessing the menu is kind of slow... I do not like to have to browse through the pics to find what I like... Just give me a text menu... it is much faster... Yes I know... you can not use the Icons, but even the picture list is kinda slow.
Battery could last a little longer... it does not last as long as my three year old Sprint Sanyo 4500 phone... but better than all the others I happen to have owned in the past year.
Overall I would definitely suggest this phone to anyone, and I am a pretty tough critic of these.

Pros: the best at everything
Cons: nothing
all i have to say is that samsung makes the best phones and all the other companies such as nokia and sony are all cheap piece of crap.
Pros: Light weight, vivid screen,
Cons: easy to scartch
I've had about 5 cell phones in the past, and the Samsung sgh-105 is simply the best phone ive ever owned. Starting off with its slick looks and excellent call quality, the phone has around 20 ringtones, fully charges in about an hour from a drained battery, and last for a phone this small it remarkably fits comfortably in ones hand no matter how big or small your hand is, the phone just feels right at all times.
Pros: None
Cons: This company is a disaster
Every time I buy a phone from these guys, I have nothing but problems. My last phone palm phone was a mess. They would not fix my phone. It ended up a gutted the interface to the charger and sync cable. Basically used it for awhile and then threw it away.
Samsung SGH-S105 - Same thing with this phone. They would not fix the phone after it stopped working. Consider yourself warned.
Do not buy a Samsung phone. You will live to regret it.
Pros: no
Cons: okay
i love the system, cos is fantacy and very portable.i really love it with all emotin.
Pros: everything
Cons: No cons at all
Its the best all around phone!!
Pros: Durable!!!
Cons: None
I don't have this exact phone, however everyone in my family has a samsung brand phone and I have never seen a product more durable than these. They have been flooded with water, dropped on concrete and in pieces, run over and still continue to work. Samsung is the only phone I would own.
Pros: kljlkj
Cons: lkjklj
lkjlm.,mnk jkhk jgy kjhk
Pros: Easy to use , Light weight,
Cons: Text Message Limited
I recomend this phone even if the text message capability is a bit sloppy and not user friendly. Ring tones, A+ Overall this phone rocks !
Pros: good way of communication
Cons: too much money
I don't own a cellphone but my Mom and Dad does and I like playing with their cellphone. I think that they are the best way of communication. It beats the "Phone tag situation, on line situation and many more." I also think that the price should be a little lower. the people ask for 100$ or more for a cellphone. THAT'S REDICULOUS!!!!
Pros: pretty pictures available for wallpaper -- big deal
Cons: takes too long to access phonebook, too expensive
i bought this, hoping to get a rebate from amazon. Got shafted on the rebate. ended up paying over $250 for a mediocre phone. battery life could be better. Takes forever to access the phonebook once you power up the phone.
This phone is a great phone for the price which is kind of high. But you pay for the quality that you get. Although the phone doesn't get service in some areas it works well when it does get service.
This phone is great!!! The only thing is that when I bought the phone I was told there was a camera attachment and there is none. But the best picture quality I have seen on any phone. The games are cool, my cat is 70 years old ( like a giga pet). I download really cool ring tones and other midlets for free at http://www.wap.s105.com. BUY this phone you will not be disappointed.
I got the phone 4 weeks ago after a month of research. As of now, looking at value for money, you will not find a better deal than this.
Tell us how you really feel. Good product reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked an item, but also why.
Great phone easy to use and has amlost all the features you could want. The color screen resolution is exceptional
I never thought cell phones could ever be like this. I have T-Mobile service which I have been happy with anyways, but the phones I had previous to this have been so horrible. Started with the Nokia 8290 (I paid $90) which was cute, but overall a very big disapointment. Then I got a Motorola C332 (was free), which is the WORST phone ever created and only reinforced my hatred for Motorola products. I finally broke down and paid $200 for my Samsung S105 and only wished I bought it sooner. In this case you really do get what you pay for. The signal range has increased dramatically, polyphonic ringtones are pretty loud (remember, I had a c332 before) and the overall use is very friendly and easy to utilize. I am EXTREMELY happy with this phone and would reccommend it to anyone.
I love this phone... i thought about 3 phones to buy and not worried about price. One was the motorola 722i which sucked so much. the camera was so horrible and it froze on me. The nokia was another choice but it was huge(forgot the name) and the numbers was in the bottom like a cresent moon. i took alot at this samsung and never had a problem with it. downloads are great, ringtones are ok, but everything else about this phone is great and the colors are awesome. much better then the other two. The price may be high but i got a good deal on it for $120. originally $250. but for me its the best phone i ever had!!!!
This phone is about perfect. If there is anything wrong with this phone is that it does not ring loud enough, but that is easly fixed by the vibrate feature.
