I LOVE MY PHONE!
Pros: Overall its a GREAT phone
Cons: The Ring-tones
Overall this is truly a GREAT phone. I had an old bulky Samsung, and needed a new one. Cingular sent me this great phone as an upgrade. I LOVE it. Its so cute. As for the ringtones, the free polyphonic ringtones are not that good at all. Other than that the sound is great, the camera is great, txting, and voice recording. Its a pretty neat phone. In addition, my boyfriend thinks its way too small. So ladies this is definitely a phone for you.

Pros: Versatile, Large screen, above average battery.
Cons: No Speakerphone, sub par earphone.
I have owned this phone for about 6 months. It has the best battery life of any phone i've ever owned and i've had 4 others. Samsung makes an attractive case for this flip phone.
I didn't like how there was now speakerphone, something I would kind of expect in this model's reasonable price range. It can be hard to understand people at times, like the speaker in the ear piece is low quality or something.
Overall, I would recommend this phone to anyone who want's a low priced camera phone that has looks and features.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoSamsung

Sounds is just awfull. I took it back to the dealer and they said it was normal... I can't believe how bad it is.

I got this phone after having used a Motorola for several years. The sound on this phone is worse than a walkie talkie. I hear an echo when I talk and I manage to talk over the person on the other end because of the lag. The sound is broken and has a lot of static. I was told by the dealer that this is normal. Even when the phone isn't in use, the battery only holds a charge for 2 days. I was also told that this was normal, but the specs say up to 8 days - so what am I doing wrong? This phone is going back to the dealer tomorrow and I'm going to get one with better sound and a battery that will hold a charge.
