Questionable
Pros: Clear pics/video
Cons: Keyboard, microSD capacity low
Verizon sold me a dud of a phone! The microSD card can only be max 2GB, and nowhere in the specs or manuals doees it tell you that. Went out and wasted $35 on a 4GB card for nothing. Doesn't play video as promised either. Use of the keyboard would take a rocket scientist to use with all the switching and back tracking on the keyboard. I bought it for easy use and a TTY capable phone but got robbed! Stand-by time 8.3 days? Not even close! Have to recharge after 8.6 hours being on and not being used.

I love my phone, but its was in my pocket and i managed to bump something, now u can't read the front screen and i hate that , but it was my fault. I really like this phone especially because every letter has its own key.

Pros: it has a big screen, pic takens good,skinny
Cons: its front screen flashes yellow when the buttons are on lock and if you barley push the audio buttons, takes a bit to get used to texting,sometimes it screws up your mesesges,you got to take a big enough pic to fit both the screen in landscape and in portrait mode but still cuts some of the pic out.
Ive had the phone for a while. It ain't all that great cause if you don't be real real careful you will break the battery port. i had to get a new alias cause the batt port broke. I hate it after a while it get really annoying the back of it where the back that holds the batt in pops my speaker button broke off, SOOOO all im saying is get it if you wont but theres better phones out there this 1 is like lil brats to have 1 to show that they can show something off not me cause it was new and i try to try out all the newer phones to see how they r

Cons: you need to get used to flipping between vertical and horizontal for certain features
its thing and sleek- the keyboard is great. I've had this phone for a year and a half and have had no problems. I've dropped a few times - its even gone through a 10 foot drop and it was fine. I would recomend this phone to everone.

Cons: Questionable durability, keyboard takes some getting used to
I love this phone. However, I had it for 11 months and the audio stopped working on phone calls, but the speaker phone worked. So I question the durability of the phone a little but. Verizon did send me a new one because it was still under warranty, so that was good.
