    I AM SATISFIED SO FAR WITH MY PURCHASE. I GOT A GREAT DEAL AT BJ'S. I HAVE RECORDED SEVERAL THINGS ON IT AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY ISSUES YET. THE ONLY THING I ENCOUNTERED WAS DOWNLOADING THE DISC TO MY PC, I COULDN'T. BUT IT'S NO BIGGIE,... I LOVE MY CAM. Read more Less

    DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT. FOR THE PAST 8 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SAMSUNG REGARDING THIS CAMERA. I HAD TO SEND IT IN MULTIPLE TIMES FOR REPAIRS. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY NEVER CONTACT ME BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WI...LL. I HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK JUST TO GET THE SAME ANSWER. I AM DOING MY BEST SO THAT PEOPLE I KNOW OR DONT KNOW WILL NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PURCHASING A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR SHIPPING EVERYTIME THEY TRIED TO REPAIR IT. I LOST ALOT OF THE STUFF I RECORDED, AND THEY WONT HELP ME TO RETRIEVE IT. SO I GET TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO IT. PLEASE DONT MAKE THIS MISTAKE.
