By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jan 30, 2006 | 67 out of 74 found this Samsung MM-A900 review helpful

Cons: Low batt. life, only 3.0 hours of talk time

Better then the razor, ulta slim design. Has every feature you can think of in a tiny phone. Speaker phone, Mp3 player...do I need to go on. I love it. High quality camera and camcorder. High Res screens. GPS map feature. Full access to Internet and ...Power Visions content everywhere on the Sprint network. Loads of TV and radio channels. It has it all. Read more Less

The Blade is here, and I dont mean Wesley Snipes

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Feb 26, 2006 | 29 out of 30 found this Samsung MM-A900 review helpful

Pros: Bluetooth, Multi Media capable, MP3 Player, Camera and True Broadband

Cons: Limited Memory, Battery Life, Lack of accessories

I have had my MM-A900 for a little over 2 weeks now and I truly find it a wonderful phone. It has Great reception, and a load of features sure to entice the most techno saavy of us out there. It feels right, works right, and lets face it, thin is in,... even for a very obvious razr knock off that it is. With all that said and done, the "blade" offers many more features and a better screen duo than the razr. Its lightning quick broadband access gives you the opportunity to have all your news, videos and spontaneous music listening desires beamed to you almost as quick as you think of them. The downsides is the subscription charges for channels in sprint TV and other features. Another downside is the battery life, suggestion, disable your GPS and you can squeeze another hour of talk time into your battery life. Over all, its one nice little gadget to have. It gets the "OOOH's" and "Ahhh's" from friends and co-workers alike, just dont tell them its baseline price with no incentive or contract is close to $350, unless you are the rich type where $350 is a drop in the bucket for you. Everything you could want in a cell phone. Needs more memory for more songs. I figure the next version...

    Samsung MM-A900 Cell Phone

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Mar 28, 2006 | 9 out of 9 found this Samsung MM-A900 review helpful

    Pros: Multiple functions

Cons: Hidden fees/costs for those multiple functions

If you are a SPRINT customer, beware. Ask questions ... everything associated with this phone has "additional" costs: $20 for Power Vision Plus Pack per month (even though certain areas DO NOT offer Power Vision Plus Pack service at this ti...me - you may be still be paying for something that is NOT even available in your service area); $36 for the Handset Upgrade (after multiple calls, still unsure if the cost is for the handset that is included with the phone or if its because of the use of the Bluetooth technology); $15 for unlimited text messaging (text messaging is unlimited and included with Vision, NOT Power Vision - BEWARE); the taxes, surcharges and fees ALSO increase, of course. These are just a select few of the "increases" I've incurred since I purchased this phone. MY ADVICE: Watch out for "hidden" costs. Know what you're getting into. Also, shop around, check with other service providers. Read more Less

    It's all right

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Apr 29, 2006 | 7 out of 7 found this Samsung MM-A900 review helpful

Pros: Size, functions if they all worked, good camera

Cons: Trying to get help from Sprint with a problem

I guess I had one of the new ones out, still filled with bugs. The main problem I had was the picture caller ID. When someone would call either a scambled picture would come up or someone elses. I lived with it, since no one at Sprint new how to fix ...it. I decided to send it in. After being on hold several times for more than an hour, one of them said simply take it to the nearest dealer, which I did. When I arrived they said we dont have that in stock and don't do exchanges anyway if you bought it over the phone. This is besides buying it in the first place, I had to pay full price since I was still in a contract, but was given a mail in rebate because I was a customer for two years. Low and behold an e-mail said I wasn't going to get it without renewing for another two years. No thanks. I want the service of Verizon but a phone only T-mobile sells. Delima. Read more Less

    Love this phone!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Mar 6, 2006 | 5 out of 5 found this Samsung MM-A900 review helpful

    Pros: Blue tooth, video/camera...etc.

    Cons: Battery, music downloads

This phone does everything! My favorite feature is the voice dictation for sending txt messages. I wish the battery was a little stronger, I have to charge it everyday. Also the music downloads are pretty expensive at 2.50+tax per song. But, othere t...hen that the phone is great! Read more Less

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Mar 14, 2006 | 4 out of 5 found this Samsung MM-A900 review helpful

    Pros: everything

    Cons: battery life

Ok, Let me start by saying the phone is awsome!!The features,The camera, video cam, sounds, all of it.But it would be nice to have other colors to chose from like the razr. The colors silver or blue i probably would have considered to buy but black is co...ol.I would advise anybody to get this phone.I have found that after you checking out the features and than just start using the basics the battery lasted longer. The power saver option works great!YOU WILL ENJOY THE PHONE Read more Less

    BLADE

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Apr 13, 2006 | 3 out of 3 found this Samsung MM-A900 review helpful

Pros: This phone does it all and then some! Better overall value than the RAZR! Price has decreased, and is real affordable.

Cons: Battery life is low, however if you put in powersave mode it lasts twice as long!

The best phone that I have ever owned bar none. I used to have nextel, but the phones were over priced and there were no incentives to upgrade or stay with the services for another two years. SO we made the jump to Sprint and bought the BLADE. THe be...st investment I have ever made with a phone. I have had this phone for 3 months and there is no glitches or problems. The best compact phone you'll ever own. Do the research for your self and you'll see the difference. Read more Less
