Pros: Too many to list: Bluetooth, 1.3 Megapixel camera/video recorder. Mp3 player w/ built in speakers...

Cons: Low batt. life, only 3.0 hours of talk time

Better then the razor, ulta slim design. Has every feature you can think of in a tiny phone. Speaker phone, Mp3 player...do I need to go on. I love it. High quality camera and camcorder. High Res screens. GPS map feature. Full access to Internet and ...Power Visions content everywhere on the Sprint network. Loads of TV and radio channels. It has it all. Read more Less

The Blade is here, and I dont mean Wesley Snipes

By Louis  Feb 26, 2006 | 29 out of 30 found this Samsung MM-A900 review helpful

Pros: Bluetooth, Multi Media capable, MP3 Player, Camera and True Broadband

Cons: Limited Memory, Battery Life, Lack of accessories

I have had my MM-A900 for a little over 2 weeks now and I truly find it a wonderful phone. It has Great reception, and a load of features sure to entice the most techno saavy of us out there. It feels right, works right, and lets face it, thin is in,... even for a very obvious razr knock off that it is. With all that said and done, the "blade" offers many more features and a better screen duo than the razr. Its lightning quick broadband access gives you the opportunity to have all your news, videos and spontaneous music listening desires beamed to you almost as quick as you think of them. The downsides is the subscription charges for channels in sprint TV and other features. Another downside is the battery life, suggestion, disable your GPS and you can squeeze another hour of talk time into your battery life. Over all, its one nice little gadget to have. It gets the "OOOH's" and "Ahhh's" from friends and co-workers alike, just dont tell them its baseline price with no incentive or contract is close to $350, unless you are the rich type where $350 is a drop in the bucket for you. Samsung MM-A900

This svelte, clamshell phone looks just like the Razr--and it includes some of the same impressive features.A spitting image of the Motorola's black Razr phone, Samsung's MM-A900 bears the same sleek clamshell design and an equally vibrant and roomy internal LCD. And for the most part, the two standard cell phones carry the same impressive features. But the MM-A900 suffers from short talk-time battery life, subpar audio, and dull photos generated from its 1.3-megapixel camera. Read more

    Samsung MM-A900 (SPH-A900)

Though the Samsung MM-A900 is unlikely to win over the most hard-core Razr fans, it's still a compelling and promising alternative to the popular Motorola phone. Read more
