    Tv Worked for a week. 2 months later still no tv

    Pros: When it worked picture was fine (1 week)

    Cons: Terrible customer service and product

    I bought the TV over 2 months ago.. It only worked for a week. Samsung and the repair shop have taken 2 months to find out that the panel is not working. Now they say it is going to take another month to get this part. Never buy a samsung LCD TV. The...y refuse to replace it until they Exhaust all means to try to fix it. It has taken 2 MONTHS.. and still another month before the part gets here. Not sure what to do.. I will never buy another Samsung TV and I have decided my time is better spent letting everyone know what kind of service to expect from SAMSUNG.. Read more Less

    Pros: 8 HOURS OF GOOD PICTURE

    Cons: ONLY 8M HOURS

    I purchased the set saturday 2-21-08 took it home watched it for less than 8 hours total. Turned the set on 2-24-08 it will not tune in the chanels or hold the settings .I resat all features nothing works . I returned the set toady 2-25-08.
