    Pros: Web capabilities, mapping features with voice direction, GPS integration

    Cons: No place to store stylus

    We received this phone free from an online survey company to try out (and eventually keep!). We were surprised at the full compliment of accessories that came with this phone...wall charger, spare battery, case, and stylus. It is a great phone that i...s easy to navigate around and has plenty of cool features to keep you going like calendar, alarm, notes, etc. The only problem we have with this phone is the fact that the stylus comes with it, but there is no place to store the stylus on the phone for easy retrieval and use. We don't want to carry the stylus separate from the phone, but with the Instinct, we have no choice. This is the only drawback to the phone that we have. This is an awesome phone and our iPhone friends are envious of us....especially since we got the Instinct FREE through one of the survey companies we belong to. Read more Less

    Pros: EVERYTHING!

    This has been the best cell phone I have ever had. I love everything about it. It comes with 2 batteries which allows you to talk up a storm. It also come's with a little case you can put a battery into to charge from the outside of the little ca...se and the case keeps the battery charged once it has been fully charged a light would turn green. It comes with a case to protect your cell and headphones. I ordered a very nice case for my cell online from the sprint store which comes with the little touchscreen pen which makes it a lot easier to type and send messages. It's like a keyboard. Oh! and you can write what you like on the text screen and it will type it for you as you write. The GPS system is the best!!! I love it. I also downloaded some of my own music from my computer into my cell phone so when I'm working out I can use my cell phone as my mp3 player. You can watch tv, read the news, video's...there are so many wonderful things you can do with this phone. You or a love one would love it! It would be a great Christmas gift for someone special...geez I should work for Sprint...lol. just kidding!!! GET THE EVERYTHING PLAN FROM SPRINT AND ENJOY ALL THE FEATURES FOR ONE LOW PRICE OF $99 PER MONTH UNLIMITED EVERYTHING!!! Read more Less
