    Samsung HLT5687SX 56" DLP HDTV

    Pros: Beautiful picture on digital channels

    Cons: Setting up for cablem not knowing how the cable is transmitted in our area. Finally by playing with it I found it to be "HRC" what ever that is.

    Have had the set for about 3 weeks and no complaints so far. I did take out a 2 year extended warranty on this machine. I like that fact that it has DLP "little mirrors" and also the LED as a light source.This is the first TV I have ever bo...ught without seeing one actual picture on the machine. I just read reviews of other people who have bought the TV set and took them at their word, not knowing who they were or nothing about them. I picked the set up at CDW in Vernon Hills, IL, loaded the 80 pound box in the back of the SUV and home we came. Excellent TV for the price. Read more Less
