Pros: can text easily, watch videos, listen to music

Cons: battery life, problems with internet, camera....

I am currently going on my 4th Blackjack due to problems with the phone. First one speaker wen after 2 weeks. Second was i think a provider issue. I kept dropping calls and couldnt get on internet. The same has happened with the others. So therefor i am not thrilled with this phone. It is a pain to keep changing. I lose all my ringtones and all the games i have downloaded into it everytime. But really i dont think there is a excellent cellphone out there or should i say Smartphone?
